Visible Ores texture pack is a unique resource pack designed for miners and non-miners alike. This texture pack will help you never miss a single diamond while in the mines. Unlike X-Ray texture packs that let you see the ores even if you’re being covered by stone, this pack keeps the vanilla feel, not editing other textures besides ores and minerals. The texture pack highlights and outlines ores so that you’ll be able to see them even in the deepest caverns and from hundreds of blocks away. They glow! It’s simply so useful if you wish to keep the excitement of finding ores in mining expeditions.
To use this pack, you need to have Optifine installed, since it needs the connected textures to feature and the emissive blocks to ensure the best gaming quality. All of the textures retain the 16x16 resolution, so your fps will remain the same as usual, maybe even better, thanks to Optifine. If you want the game to look prettier, you can use the labPBR version of this pack to make the glowing blocks even prettier. The Visible Ores Texture Pack supports versions ranging from 1.15 to the newest 1.19.2.

In order for Visible Ores to function properly, the Optifine Mod must be pre-installed. Without it, some resource pack features like HD textures, random mobs, connected textures, and so on will not work!
- Download the texture pack, you should get a .zip file
- Open the folder to which you downloaded the file
- Copy the .zip file
- Open Minecraft
- In Minecraft, click on “Options”, then “Resource Packs”
- Choose “Open resource pack folder”
- Paste the file into the
resourcepacksfolder in the Minecraft directory - Go back to Minecraft, the resource pack should now be showing up in the list
